America’s eye on radical organisations too
Blinken said – anywhere in the world it will be helpful in giving any person the right to live according to his religion. The eyes of America are some Islamic fundamentalist organisations. 10 such organisations have been put in such a list which needs to be worried. These include Al-Shabaab, Boko Haram, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, Houthi, ISIS-Greater Sahara, ISIS-West Africa, Jama’at Nusrat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen, Taliban and Wagner Group.
Algeria and Vietnam on special watch list
Blinken said- Algeria, Central African Republic, Comoros and Vietnam have been placed on the Special Watch List. They have been included in this list under the International Religious Freedom Act 1998. These countries have done a good job in preventing religious discrimination, so they have been included in the special watch list.
