America Told Pakistan-China a Threat to Religious Freedom

America has taken action against 10 countries that violate religious freedom. These include Pakistan, China and Russia. These countries have been included in the list of Countries of Particular Concern (CPC).

According to the US State Department, the problem of not getting religious freedom in China, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan is a matter of concern. These countries are not able to stop discrimination and oppression on the basis of religion.

America will End Violence Related to Religion

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said – America will continue to work to end the oppression on the basis of religion around the world. The United States will do everything possible to stop the persecution caused by fundamentalist views.

America’s eye on radical organisations too

Blinken said – anywhere in the world it will be helpful in giving any person the right to live according to his religion. The eyes of America are some Islamic fundamentalist organisations. 10 such organisations have been put in such a list which needs to be worried. These include Al-Shabaab, Boko Haram, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, Houthi, ISIS-Greater Sahara, ISIS-West Africa, Jama’at Nusrat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen, Taliban and Wagner Group.

Algeria and Vietnam on special watch list

Blinken said- Algeria, Central African Republic, Comoros and Vietnam have been placed on the Special Watch List. They have been included in this list under the International Religious Freedom Act 1998. These countries have done a good job in preventing religious discrimination, so they have been included in the special watch list.
